What types of spaces can I manage with LeaseLlama?
LeaseLlama is designed for any kind of space leasing: RV storage, boat storage, vehicle parking, pallet storage, warehouse space, co-working desks, and more. You can create custom categories to match your facility's unique setup. Learn more about space management →
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with a credit card and get full access to everything for 30 days, free. Your card is verified at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Before then, pick the plan that fits your facility from your in-app account page. If you don't pick one, you'll continue on Starter at $49/month. No lock-in, cancel anytime.
How long does setup take?
Most operators are up and running in under an hour. Create your categories, add your spaces, and you're ready to start leasing. We keep things simple on purpose.

What payment methods do you support?
We integrate with Stripe for credit card payments and recurring billing. You can also track manual payments like cash and checks. Your customers don't need to create accounts—payments are handled through simple invoice links. See how payments work →
Can my customers pay online?
Not currently. When a renter profile is created, credit card information is saved to the customers profile. Once the payment information is saved, recurring invoices are charged to the Renters default credit card. No customer portal or app needed—just simple, straightforward payments.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting software?
Not directly yet, but you can export all your data to CSV for easy import into QuickBooks, Xero, or any accounting software. Direct integrations are on our roadmap!
Pricing & Plans
What's the difference between the plans?
The main difference is the number of spaces you can manage: Starter (50), Operator (150), and Pro (300). Higher tiers also include priority support and additional features like custom contract templates.
What if I have more than 300 spaces?
No problem! Contact us for custom pricing. We'll work out a plan that fits your facility size without breaking the bank.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your in-app account page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
